Week Four, Term One

This week has been another busy week. We have been looking at sentence structure in writing and adding in nouns, verbs and adjectives to make our writing more exciting. 

We have been finding some really interesting things out about our brain and have been working hard to find the information that can answer our questions. 

In swimming we have been focusing on freestyle and perfecting our glide, kicking and arm strokes. 

This week in maths we have started looking at volume, we are learning the correct units to measure this in, millilitres and litres for liquid. At home you can support this learning by showing them where to find these units on bottles of liquid around the house. 

Next week we have the year 5/6 camp! The year 4's will be at school doing some other fun things while we are away!
