Kate Sheppard
Kate Sheppard was born on March the 10th, 1847 in Liverpool, in England. Kate was the daughter of Scottish parents, Jemima Crawford Scouter and Andrew Wilson Malcolm. They moved to New Zealand with her two brothers and her sister.
She was the leader of the fight in the vote for women. She used paper, letters, and posters. The bill was going in 1893.
She made good choices by standing up for others and helping women in New Zealand. She had good relationships with other people in the world. She cared about other people.
What she did, showed she changed New Zealand by helping women do more things.
